ASF announces policy options for resuscitation of securitisation market and provides its mid-year operational update

To help to restore market and investor confidence in credit markets and the flow of credit to the economy, the ASF has made a number of submissions to Government and regulators. Download a copy of the 'ASF Policy Options for Government to resuscitate Securitisation and Credit Markets'.

Most recently, the ASF has commissioned Access Economics to prepare an independent report evaluating the various policy responses that Government could take with respect to securitisation in order to assist in the restoration of healthy credit flows in the Australian economy. This will be delivered to the Commonwealth Treasurer in July and shared with members, including a full media launch.
